Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Alynflow website at alynflow.com and the Alynflow app (together, the "Service"), provided by Scalero LTD ("we", "us", "our"), Levi Eshkol 100, Tel Aviv, Israel. By using the Service or buying a subscription, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Alynflow provides a personalized posture and mobility exercise program, delivered digitally through our app, including guided sessions, reminders and progress tracking. Plan content is generated from the answers you give in our onboarding quiz.

2. Health disclaimer

Alynflow is a general wellness and fitness product. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise program, especially if you are pregnant or have pain, an injury or a medical condition. Stop exercising and seek medical advice if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort. You use the Service at your own risk.

3. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old to buy a subscription. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Purchases and our reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns related to payments. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

5. Subscriptions and automatic renewal

Subscriptions are sold for a fixed period (4 weeks or 12 weeks). An introductory price applies to your first period, as shown before checkout. Unless you cancel, your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the renewal price shown at checkout, and you authorize the charge to your payment method. Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on your location; the final price is shown at checkout.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your account settings, through the link in your Paddle receipt, or by emailing support@alynflow.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

8. Price changes

We may change subscription prices. We will notify you before a price change applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

9. Acceptable use and intellectual property

All content in the Service, including videos, text, graphics and software, belongs to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes while your subscription is active. You may not copy, resell, redistribute or reverse-engineer the Service.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for injury resulting from exercises performed without appropriate care. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. You can stop using the Service at any time.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
