This Privacy Policy explains how Scalero LTD ("we", "us"), Levi Eshkol 100, Tel Aviv, Israel, collects and uses personal data when you use alynflow.com and the Alynflow app (the "Service"). We are the data controller for the data described here.
1. Data we collect
- Quiz answers: age range, work setup, activity level, focus areas and goals, which we use to build your plan.
- Account data: email address and, if you give it, your first name.
- Usage data: completed sessions, streaks, check-ins, reminder settings, device type and app version.
- Website data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and cookie or pixel identifiers (see section 5).
- Payment data: payments are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. We do not receive or store your full card details. Paddle shares limited order information with us, such as your email, country, plan and transaction status.
2. How we use data
- To create and personalize your plan and provide the Service (performance of a contract).
- To manage your subscription and give customer support (contract).
- To send service emails and reminders you've enabled (contract / consent).
- To measure and improve our website, app and advertising (legitimate interests, or consent where the law requires it).
- To meet legal obligations such as tax and accounting (legal obligation).
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Service: Paddle (payments), hosting and email providers, and analytics and advertising partners such as Meta. They may process data only on our instructions, or under their own privacy terms where they act as independent controllers.
4. International transfers
Data may be processed outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Cookies and pixels
Our website uses essential cookies and, with your consent where required, analytics and advertising cookies and pixels (for example, the Meta Pixel) to measure ad performance. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.
6. Retention
We keep account and usage data while your account is active and for up to 24 months afterward, unless the law requires longer (for example, transaction records kept for tax purposes).
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. To use these rights, email support@alynflow.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit.
10. Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date.
